Kelly Rowland is serving up some fresh swagger on a new track entitled "Dumb". The song is soaked in that West Coast/Bay area sound, it possesses that flavor that E-40 helped to make famous when he would make music lovers go dumb with that Cali sound.
There is no word if this song will appear on her fifth solo album, but while we wait for her next big chart single we have something to groove too.
