In recent years of the Super Bowl halftime show you wears have had the pleasure of seeing Bruno Mars, Madonna, Beyonce & Janet Jackson & her infamous nip slip grace the stage during the biggest sports event of the year. This year it was Katy Perry's turn to showcase her talent & bring her creative artistry in the homes of America.
Katy kicked off the Super Bowl XLIX Halftime Show riding in on a mechanical lion to a rendition to "Roar" followed up by "Dark Horse", but the real fun didn't begin until Lenny Kravitz joined her onstage for a rock infused version of "I Kissed A Girl". The stage transformed into a beach theme for performances of "Teenage Dream" & "California Girls". Viewers thought it couldn't get any better until hip-hop veteran Missy Elliott ran onstage & rocked the crowd when she performed her hit songs "Get Ur Freak On", "Work It" & "Lose Control" all while Katy sung along with her.
