LIL' KIM TO PERFORM "LADIES NIGHT" AT 2014 SOUL TRAIN AWARDS W/ MISSY ELLIOTT & DA BRAT

A few weeks ago during BET's Hip-Hop Awards R&B singer Brandy stormed the stage alongside rappers Queen Latifah, YoYo & MC Lyte to perform their joint 90's hit "I Wanna Be Down" showing that female artist can unite as one. Now just weeks later another group of ladies have their eyes set on bringing back that 1990's hip-hop flavor. Brooklyn rapper Lil' Kim is set to perform at this year Soul Train Awards alongside some of her longtime industry friends.

More details after the cut.

Kim will be taking a trip down memory lane as she will be performing "Ladies Night" with Missy Elliott & Da Brat. Back in the day the track also featured verses from Angie Martinez & the late Lisa 'Lefteye' Lopes of the empowering girl group TLC. The show will air on November 7th in Las Vegas at the Orleans Arena & will be hosted by entertainment media queen Wendy Williams.

ABC announced the exciting news today:

"BET and Centric announced Monday that the female rappers will take the stage Nov. 7 when the show tapes at the Orleans Arena in Las Vegas. They all co-starred on the 90’s hit, “Not Tonight,” alongside Angie Martinez and the late Left Eye of TLC."
