EXCLUSIVE: RH INTERVIEWS R&B DIVAS ATLANTA STAR LATAVIA ROBERSON TALKS DESTINY'S CHILD, REALITY SHOW & MORE

Grammy award-winning singer/songwriter LaTavia Roberson was once a part of the platinum selling girl group Destinys Child. Her dreams & career came to a halt when she suddenly found out that she was replaced by new members in the group. After 10 years of not being in the public spotlight she is back, but first she wants the world to know the real story on why she no longer is in Destiny's Child. Over the years the media has printed many stories on what happened & some may even think that she's bitter but as stated many times before she is not. Roberson has joined the cast of TV One's hit reality show R&B Divas: Atlanta & she is not only using that form to tell her story but to also jumpstart her music career all over again. Recently I had the pleasure of chatting with the Grammy winner as we spoke about many topics ranging from her feelings on Destinys Child & BeyoncĂ© to the public thinking she's scared to sing again. On the show she revealed to her fellow cast members that one of the reasons she stepped away from music is to deal with some of her childhood issues of being sexually abused. LaTavia revealed during our interview that she will be releasing a book that she has titled My Love Letter that will detail her life's experiences with the singing group, being a new mother & her overall life. No matter what has happened in her public or personal life this r&b diva is stronger then ever.

Check out the exclusive interview after the jump.
