It has been awhile since belting singer Christina Aguilera has been in the spotlight & ever since she went on hiatus from The Voice USA to go on maternity leave she has been under the radar. While she is currently 5 months pregnant with her second child she has her eye's set on returning to her art of music that has truly been missed. X-Tina's fans have received some surprising news from the former Mickey Mouse Club member that will make their 2014 a lot better.

Aguilera is planning to release a brand new studio album that will be the follow-up to her 2012 album Lotus that received lukewarm reviews. She announced the exciting news on twitter yesterday for all of her loyal fans to enjoy.
Christina will be releasing her next album via RCA Records &she will be going up against the industries other popular singers Ciara, Mariah Carey & Rihanna who will also be releasing new material this year. She still has 4 months till she gives birth so most likely she won't resurface officially until sometime after.
