At one point in her career Ashanti was one of the popular female singers in the industry back in the early 2000's. It has been many years since the singer has joined forces with Ja Rule who helped to take her career to new heights like with her single "Always On Time" but as of lately she has not had much luck on the music charts. Both Ja & Ashanti made their way back to the studio together for the first time in over 10 years to cook up some new hits to add their joint catalogue. This news gives her fans some hope that eventually they will be able to hear her new album that has yet to see the light of day.
We can all hope that they both will be able to create the magic they once did many years ago to help revive both of their careers with more timeless music.
