R&B bad boy Chris Brown has released a new song in the form of "I Can't Win" & used the song as promo to announce the release date his album X. CB has given the album the summer date of July 16th, the new song will not be a featured track on the new album but it is a great track to the follow up of his latest official single "Fine China". Brown will be working with Eric Bellinger, Roccstar, Diplo, PK & Danja.
