JET MAGAZINE RESPONDS TO FANTASIA

Singer Fantasia lashed out at JET magazine this past Wednesday when they failed to use new photos of her for the cover of the their latest issue that reflected her new imagine in support of her Side Effects Of You album. She felt as though she was disrespected by the popular magazine & demanded that they publicly apologize to her for failing to represent her in a uplifting way. JET has responded & gave reasons on why they did not use the photos that Tasia's publicist sent them to be used as the cover.

Read JET's response below.

"Our goal was not to embarrass Fantasia. Our goal was to show Fantasia in the most positive light possible. Yes it is a old picture, but we were looking for a cover photo of Fantasia that people can root for. After looking at the images Fantasia's publicist provided, we didn't feel it fit the image of the cover story... it's disappointing she went about it this way."

Check out the 3 images JET was sent via Fantasia's publicist that they declined to use for the latest issue of their publication.

I will say that 2 of these photos that clearly show her face are magazine cover worthy, but if JET did not feel as though any of these pictures were useable then they should of reached out to Fantasia's publicist for more photo options.
