Now she has moved onto a new chapter in her life by becoming one of American Idol's new judges, yesterday in Pasadena, California she attended the Fox all-star bash with fellow Idol judges Keith Urban & Randy Jackson in a black laced dress & black hair.

While making her press rounds at the event she spoke with TV Guide where she revealed exactly why she decided to join the judges panel on the popular talent show.
"I never thought I would do something like this, because I'm from the hip-hop culture, & I thought it was maybe something that would be frowned upon. That's so scary to me, being seen everywhere all the time. I don't know if I want that."
